JOB SUMMARY



The Client Services Specialist is responsible for the setup, execution, and coordination of webcasts and webcast elements. This role requires a highly detail oriented individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in a client facing capacity to train the end client how to use ON24’s presentation tool and monitor live webcasts

• Use the ON24 proprietary platform and an assortment of other software applications to setup / build webcast components such as web pages, emails, archives, and CD copies of webcasts

• Work with Webcast Managers to coordinate the delivery of key webcast related elements

• Perform webcast related tasks, such as: conference bridge scheduling, work order processing, and data input

• Perform other webcast related activities as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous client facing experience

• Previous work experience in a deadline driven environment.

• Strong computer skills (PC) and basic knowledge of HTML

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• The ability to work effectively with all levels of organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline

• Integrity, Creativity, Intellectual Curiosity, High Standards, Persistence, and Achievement oriented

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment

• Interest in learning about webcasting technologies and services
